Nylah Atelier Returns Policy
At Nylah Atelier, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Here’s everything you need to know about returning your items.
When Can You Return an Item?
- Faulty Items:
- If something’s not quite right with your item, don’t worry! Under the Australian Consumer Law and our promise of quality, we’ll happily repair, replace, or refund it, depending on the issue.
- Change of Mind:
- Changed your mind? No problem! If your item is eligible, we’ll gladly refund it, as long as it meets the conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
How to Return Your Items
- Condition of Items:
- To process your return, please make sure the item has its original product tags and comes with all paperwork (like the bag or box).
- Online Purchases:
- Start your return by emailing us at contact@nylah.online. Please include your order number, contact details, and the reason for your return.
- Shipping Your Return:
- If you’re returning your item via post:
- Pre-pay all shipping costs (we don’t accept cash on delivery).
- You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend insuring your package (e.g., Australia Post’s 'Extra Cover') for peace of mind.
- Pop a copy of your shipping confirmation or order confirmation email in the package.
- Send it to: Nylah Atelier, Parcel Locker 10180 88537, 262 Main Rd, Blackwood SA 5051.
- Please note: Shipping and insurance costs aren’t refundable unless the item is faulty.
How We Handle Returns
- All returns are carefully inspected by us.
- Refunds, repairs, or replacements are processed in line with Australian Consumer Law and our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid with cash, we’ll refund via cheque, direct credit, or to a debit card in the purchaser’s name.
Our Change of Mind Policy
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If your item is eligible, we’ll refund the purchase price as long as:
- The item is returned within 7 days of purchase (or within 15 days of delivery for online orders).
- It’s in ‘As New Condition’:
- This means the item hasn’t been worn, damaged, or scratched, and comes with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Please note: Our Change of Mind Policy doesn’t apply to:
- Earrings
- Resized rings (whether resized during or after purchase)
- Engraved items
- Special, custom, or made-to-order items.
